Process automation

Removing the step someone currently does by hand.

Most automation work starts with the same sentence: every morning someone exports this and pastes it into that. We write the script or the pipeline that does it instead, connect the systems that have no way of talking to each other, and put it somewhere it runs reliably without anyone watching it.

  • Python scripts and scheduled pipelines, containerised with Docker.
  • Integrations between systems that have no native connection.
  • Data moved, cleaned and reconciled on a schedule.
  • Alerting, so you find out it broke before your customer does.

Common questions

How small is too small?
Nothing is too small if it happens often. A task that takes ten minutes a day is more than a working week over a year.
What if the source system has no API?
That is common. There is usually still a route — a file export, the database, or the interface itself. We tell you which after looking.
Who maintains it afterwards?
We can, or we hand it over documented. Both are fine. What we will not do is leave you with something only we understand.
